What Do I Get?
Experience first hand how the Wim Hof Method for breathing can change your life. Sign up and take the first step towards a healthier, happier you. Each day you will receive a guided audio session:
- Introduction: A little bit of information to get you started, details about how the breathing technique is performed and some of the benefits you may see during and after the sessions. Each session builds on the previous one in order to increase our energy throughout the day and help us focus on the important things we need to get done
- Day One: Just a short breathwork session to get you started. The technique is designed to get you started for the day and increase energy levels and focus. The breath holds are kept short to ease you into it.
- Day Two: Same technique geared towards jump starting your Sympathetic nervous system in order for you to start and conquer the day. The breath holds increase by 15 seconds each.
- Day Three: This day we add an additional round of breathing to supercharge your Sympathetic nervous system. This helps to energize your body and mind in order for you to be your best self during the day with loads of energy
- Day Four: On day 4 we increase the breath holds even further supercharging your sympathetic nervous system to increase energy and focus throughout the day
- Day Five: Our longest breathwork session with 15 minutes of active breathwork. You should leave this session feeling a heightened focus and have all the energy you need to help to show up as your best self during the day. Breath holds are increased which can result in a euphoric feeling during and after the breathwork session.
When we incorporate breathwork into our daily routine it allows us to not just make it through the day but to truly conquer it. You will leave each session feeling focused and energized even more than a cup of coffee. You’ll experience:
- Enhanced Self-Awareness: Through the introspective nature of meditation, individuals can gain deeper insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This heightened awareness can lead to better decision-making and a more fulfilling life.
- Stress Reduction: Both breathwork and meditation are powerful tools for managing stress. They activate the body's relaxation response, helping to reduce levels of cortisol, the stress hormone.
- Increased Focus and Clarity: These practices can enhance cognitive functions, including attention and concentration, by reducing mind wandering and improving the ability to perform tasks under stress.
- Better Sleep: By reducing stress and regulating the body's natural rhythms, breathwork and meditation can improve sleep quality, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.
